1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Shared Hosting accounts. If you cancel your Shared Hosting plan within 30 days of the initial purchase date for other than monthly plans, you will receive a full refund of the hosting fees paid.

2. VPS and Dedicated Server Refund Terms

Due to the custom resource provisioning and licensing costs associated with high-end infrastructure:

  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial. purchase.
  • Dedicated Servers are custom configured and are non-refundable. Please review product specifications carefully before purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, transfers, or renewals.
  • Administrative set-up fees or custom installation fees.
  • Third-party software licenses (e.g. cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux).
  • SSL certificate fees.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a cancellation ticket through your client area or email our billing department at [email protected]. Your request must be sent from your registered email address and include your order number.

5. Abuse and Violation Violations

Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (such as hosting malware, phishing websites, spamming, or participating in DDoS attacks) lose all eligibility for refunds.
